Public Records Office
Keep the concern.
Keep the record.
A report is not resolved merely because it was received. Each disposition identifies what was considered, who was responsible, what action followed, and what remains unresolved.
Evidence and accountability
Keep what was reported separate from what was established. State the evidence considered, the decision, the reasons, and what remains unresolved.
Correction
Keep the original account. Link corrections and show what changed, when, and why.
Privacy and publication
Private presentations do not automatically become public research. Nurture records remain tenant-owned. Public contributions require separate permission.
Current reporting options
Heads Up lets you prepare, review, and save an account on your device. It does not send it to a reviewer. Online private reporting and public correction submission are not available yet.
