- What the record describes
- A system engineer who raised safety concerns underwent a drug test and psychological evaluation after a workplace confrontation. The test was negative; the report found no significant pathology. He returned after 31 days of paid leave with counseling and observation conditions. The Administrative Review Board reversed the favorable employment ruling and did not sustain the retaliation claim.
